By using DesignDNA, you agree to not misuse the service. You may only use the extension to extract design systems from websites where you have the legal right or permission to do so, or for educational and non-commercial analytical purposes under fair use. Automated scraping, reverse engineering our APIs, or attempting to bypass rate limits is strictly prohibited.
2. IP Ownership of Generated Files
The design system files (e.g., Markdown, Tailwind config) generated by DesignDNA based on your scans belong entirely to you. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the underlying designs and styles you extract do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the original website owners.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided you have not exceeded your plan's monthly scan limit. Contact support to initiate a refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
DesignDNA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on the generated design systems.
